Judy Capper
Chief Steward
Judy started her career as an administrative assitant to IBM
executives. She went to the
Caribbean and learned to cook. She got a job as a chief steward on luxury yachts
and found her way to NOAA as a chief steward. She made our trip so great with
the fabulous food and desserts! She lives on her sailboat in St. Augustine when
she isn't cooking for Captain Ralph and his crew.
