Named after Dr. George Sedberry (who provided the sonar data), this
shelf-edge hardground area is an area of Essential Fish Habitat.
The area surveyed is northeast of Doc's Rocks and Doc's Rocks North.
The area consist of rocky ledges and low-relief ridges in water depths of 47 to 57 meters.
