NOAA Coastal Services Center - The NOAA Coastal Services Center works with various branches of NOAA and other federal agencies to bring information, services, and technology to the nation's coastal resource managers. The Center is a partner in over 100 ongoing projects geared to resolve site specific coastal issues.
College of Charleston - The College of Charleston is a state supported comprehensive institution providing a high quality education in the arts and sciences, education and business. Consistent with its heritage since its founding in 1770, the College retains a strong liberal arts undergraduate curriculum.
The Lowcountry Hall Of Science and Math - The Lowcountry Hall of Science and Math is located on the College of Charleston campus. This unique facility houses the Alliance for Science, Education and Teaching, SERCH, Charleston Math and Science Hub, and the Masters of Education in Science and Mathematics program.
South Carolina Department of Natural Resources - The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is the advocate for and steward of the South Carolina's natural resources.
S.C. Sea Grant Consortium - S.C. Sea Grant Consortium is a university-based network supporting research, education, and outreach to conserve coastal resources and enhance economic opportunity for the people of South Carolina.
The South Carolina Aquarium - The South Carolina Aquarium is a non-profit, self-supporting educational institution dedicated to excellence in its display of the aquatic environments of South Carolina. The South Carolina Aquarium inspires wonder and appreciation for, and fosters conservation of, those environments for future generations.

National Marine Educators Association - The National Marine Educators Association (NMEA) brings together those interested in the study and enjoyment of the world of water--both fresh and salt. NMEA provides a valuable focus for marine and aquatic studies world-wide.
South Carolina Marine Educators Association - The South Carolina Marine Educators Association (SCMEA) is an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated team of educators, naturalists, and scientists who recognize the importance of marine and aquatic education and the vital role it plays in increasing public awareness and understanding of marine and aquatic environments.
COASTeam Program - The COASTeam Program is an integrated course where middle school teachers learn marine science concepts in the fields of geology, biology,chemistry, and physics. The course teaches these concepts using South Carolina's coast as an excellent "classroom," providing teachers with relevant, local examples to carry back to their own classrooms.
The Bridge - The Bridge is a growing collection of the best marine education resources available on-line. It provides educators with a convenient source of accurate and useful information on global, national, and regional marine science topics, and gives researchers a contact point for educational outreach.
General
Spirit of South Carolina - The South Carolina Maritime Heritage Foundation, is undertaking to build a magnificent tall ship to be named the Spirit of South Carolina. She will belong to all the people of South Carolina.
Charleston Explorer - Explore and learn about the rivers, marshes and barrier islands, in and around Charleston Harbor aboard a fleet of US Coast Guard certified vessels.
